Location: Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds
Hourly Rate: £14.06 per hour rising to £15.07 per hour after probation + Holiday Pay
Hours: 07:00am – 16:00pm Monday-Friday with a 30 minute paid break & 1 hour unpaid lunch break daily.
Duration: Temporary-Permanent
Benefits: Personal Counterbalance license, Team days out, Christmas parties, 22 days holiday+ 8 days bank holiday increases after 2 years to 23 days and up to 26 days total with each years’ service, Overtime available at 1.5x, Health cash plan
Supporting our partnered client JKH Drainage Ltd, we are seeking multiple Factory Operatives to grow within a well established and leading manufacturing business. If you enjoy being hands on and learning new skills, this role offers longevity, opportunities of future progression and enhancements of skillset.
Previous background within a similar setting is desirable but we are open to people with strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Job Duties:
· Prepare concrete mixes in line with company standards
· Use of hand and power tools to assemble products
· Interpreting technical drawings
· Operating a variety of machinery
· Undertake quality checks
· Assist across other sectors when required
What we are looking for:
· Previous experience in similar hands-on setting
· The ability to read from engineering drawings is desirable but training is provided
· Experience using hand and power tools
· Ability to work well within a team
· Compliant with companies’ health and safety policies
· You must be physically fit as heavy lifting is required
