Job Summary
Pixelesz Digital Solutions Ltd. is looking for a motivated and solutions-focused IT Operations Engineer to join our technology team in Birmingham. What You’ll Do
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, infrastructure, networks, and cloud services.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and update computers, applications, operating systems, and business technology.
- Monitor system availability, performance, security alerts, and operational incidents.
- Investigate technical problems and restore services efficiently.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, equipment, and access requests.
- Support system backups, updates, patching, and routine maintenance.
- Assist with Microsoft 365, Windows, cloud platforms, and collaboration tools.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, asset records, and support tickets.
- Work with technology suppliers and internal teams to resolve service issues.
- Support IT projects, system upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
- Identify opportunities to improve reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Escalate complex incidents when specialist assistance is required.
Requirements
- Experience or training in IT support, systems administration, infrastructure, networking, cloud services, technical operations, or a related area is beneficial.
- General understanding of computers, operating systems, networks, and business applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear communication and customer service skills.
- Organised approach to managing incidents, requests, and priorities.
- Comfortable learning new systems, tools, and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues.
- Positive and dependable approach to supporting users and maintaining services.
- Relevant qualifications, certifications, practical experience, or self-directed technical learning will be considered.

Pay: £3,000.00-£4,500.00 per month
