Join our dynamic team as a Freelance Reformer Pilates Instructor and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals through engaging, effective, and personalized Pilates sessions. In this role, you will deliver high-quality reformer-based Pilates classes that emphasize proper technique, core strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Duties
- Lead engaging reformer Pilates classes tailored to diverse client needs and skill levels
- Demonstrate correct exercise techniques, ensuring safety and proper form throughout each session
- Provide clear instructions and motivational coaching to encourage client participation and confidence
- Monitor client progress in class, offering modifications or adjustments as needed for optimal results
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained studio environment with proper equipment setup
- Stay informed about the latest Pilates techniques, anatomy knowledge, and industry best practices to enhance instruction quality
Experience
- Level 3 or equivalent Reformer Pilates Teaching Qualification with a recognised training provider
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate clearly and motivate diverse clients
- Knowledge of human anatomy relevant to Pilates movements and injury prevention
- Familiarity with exercise safety protocols and client assessment techniques
- Ability to adapt exercises for different fitness levels and physical limitations
- Previous experience working independently as a freelance instructor is advantageous but not required
