Duties
- Greet visitors promptly and courteously, providing a positive first impression of the organisation
- Manage incoming calls using professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
- Maintain appointment schedules and organise meeting rooms as required
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Upsell products or services where appropriate to enhance customer experience and organisation revenue
- Support merchandising activities by ensuring displays are tidy and appealing
- Utilise organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organised, and welcoming at all times
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Organised with good time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions or data entry tasks
- Experience or knowledge of merchandising is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and friendliness
- Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail
