Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Class 1 HGV Nightshift Tramping Driver to join our expanding trunking operation.
As a leading fine food wholesaler, our trunk drivers play a vital role in moving products between our four sites across England. Southbound journeys primarily service our own network, while northbound journeys involve moving freight for our pallet network partners. Our head office is based in Scotland, with all trunking operations running from there.
Unlike many transport operations, our fleet is focused on servicing our own business. We do not undertake much third-party haulage or traction work.

Driver Welfare

The Role
- Night trunking operations between company sites
- Collection of pallet network freight on northbound routes
- Maintaining high standards of vehicle presentation
- Keeping your allocated vehicle clean and tidy, both inside and out
- Delivering excellent standards of professionalism and safety
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Driver CPC qualification
- Digital tachograph card
- Good understanding of drivers' hours and working time regulations
- A professional and reliable approach to work
