We're looking for an ambitious, driven Account Manager to spearhead our expansion across Scotland and the surrounding areas. The Opportunity
This is one of the most exciting roles within our business.
You'll become the face of MMS Facilities Management across Scotland, building relationships with clients, developing new business opportunities, growing existing accounts and helping establish our reputation in a brand-new region.
You'll have the support of an experienced and successful team behind you, but we'll also trust you to take ownership, make decisions and drive growth.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities and making things happen.

What You'll Be Doing
- Taking ownership of the Scotland region and driving its growth.
- Building long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Managing and developing key customer accounts.
- Identifying new business opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships.
- Meeting clients across Scotland and representing the MMS brand professionally.
- Working closely with our operations and helpdesk teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Becoming a trusted advisor for your clients rather than simply another supplier.
- Working towards ambitious sales and growth targets with uncapped earning potential.
- Helping shape how MMS grows within Scotland.

Experience within Facilities Management is advantageous, but it isn't essential. If you've got the right attitude, we'll teach you the industry.
What You'll Need
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Willingness to travel throughout Scotland.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Self-motivation and a proactive mindset.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Previous account management, sales or customer-facing experience is desirable.
