About the Role
This position is for Mondays to Fridays 1-6pm.
We're an independent community pharmacy looking for a friendly, dependable person to join us behind the counter. Day to day you'll be helping customers collect prescriptions, pick up everyday health products, and get pointed in the right direction all with a smile.
No two days are exactly the same, and you'll quickly become a familiar face that customers trust. If you're a people person who takes pride in doing a good job, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and helping them at the counter
- Processing prescriptions under the supervision of the pharmacist
- Taking payments and keeping things running smoothly at the till
- Keeping shelves stocked and the pharmacy looking its best
- Pointing customers to the right products and flagging anything clinical to the pharmacist
- Following health, safety, and confidentiality guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare retail setting is a bonus, but not essential
- A warm, confident and patient manner with customers
- Good attention to detail and comfortable in a busy environment
- Happy working as part of a small, close-knit team
