We are looking for Commis with premium hospitality experience to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who is…
· Has a proven track record, in fresh food kitchen and has a real passion for presentation.
· Has the desire and dedication to take an active part in all kitchen aspects, helping push the business to achieve higher AA Rosette accreditation
· Be able to work as part of a team helping the senior chefs in the organisation to maintain high food standards and ensure the smooth running of the kitchen team.
· Knowledge of the highest standards of Health and Safety, hand in hand with Hygiene, and be able to implement this into the workplace.
· A desire to excel in everything you do, Excellent stock and profit control. Punctual and excellent in time management.
The successful candidate will need transport.
