REACT has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Building Surveyor to join our growing team based at our Paisley head office.
This role would suit a **recently qualified Building Surveyor who has achieved an HND or Degree in Building Surveying ** and is looking to develop their career within the insurance repair and property maintenance sector.
We are looking for someone with a willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills, who is passionate about delivering a high level of service to customers and clients.
You will work alongside an experienced team, gaining valuable hands-on experience in surveying damaged properties, preparing scopes of works, managing repair projects, and supporting customers throughout the repair process.

- Location: REACT Head Office, Paisley
- Start Date: Immediate
- Working Hours: Full-time position (to be discussed)
- Salary: Competitive and based on experience
- Driving Licence: Essential
Desired Qualifications
- HND or Degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent qualification
- Recently qualified candidates are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out surveys on residential and commercial properties following insured damage
- Prepare detailed scopes of works using various estimating packages
- Create clear and accurate work instructions for trades
- Assist with programming and managing repair works
- Carry out site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and internal teams
