Fraser Accident Repairs Ltd is a busy and growing vehicle repair centre with a reputation for exceptional workmanship and customer service. We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and enthusiastic Vehicle & Site Operative to join our team.
This is a varied role that combines vehicle logistics, customer service, site operations, and departmental support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on and working as part of a professional team.
The Role
As a Vehicle & Site Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our repair centre. You will be responsible for the safe movement of vehicles around the site, supporting our parts and valet departments, and providing a positive experience for our customers from vehicle drop-off through to collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely moving vehicles around the site to maximise operational efficiency and maintain clear working areas
- Assisting within the Parts Department, including goods inward, stock handling, and site logistics
- Providing holiday cover within the Valet Department, ensuring vehicles are cleaned and prepared to the highest standard
- Checking customer vehicles into the business accurately and professionally
- Handing completed vehicles back to customers and delivering excellent customer service
- Supporting colleagues across departments as required
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Following all company health and safety procedures
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence
- Be reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated
- Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Be confident communicating with customers and colleagues
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Have a flexible approach and willingness to assist across different departments
- Previous motor trade experience would be advantageous but is not essential
