We are searching for a skilled Construction Site Manager/Project Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to take on multiple Construction projects for the company such as:
- Loft Conversions
- Extensions
- New Build Developments
- Bathroom, toilet & kitchen refurbs
- Refurbishment projects
The Construction Site Managaer must:
- Have a Minimum of 2 years experience doing the role
- Know what trades are needed and suitable for each project
- Put the trades team together for each project
- Understand Architect plans and drawings
- Know how to carry out builds from start to finish and direct the team
PLEASE NOTE: Being a QS is not an essential requirement as long as the Site/Project Manager knows how to manage construction/refurbishment jobs and can put trade teams together.
