About the Role
We are looking for a Viewing & Lettings Agent to join our established estate agency in Moseley.
The role would suit someone who is confident, organised and professional, with a genuine interest in property and working with customers.
Previous experience within the property industry is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up viewing leads
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Carry out property inspections
- Answer incoming calls and deal with customer enquiries
- Provide good customer service to landlords, tenants and applicants
- Maintain accurate property records
- Use 10Ninty to update property information and records
- Monitor and renew property certificates when required
- Carry out general office and administrative duties
- Assist the lettings and property management team with day-to-day tasks

- Confident on the telephone and face-to-face with customers
- Comfortable using computers and office systems
- Interested in property and customer service
- A good team player
- A full UK driving licence holder
Experience
Previous estate agency or property experience is desirable but not essential.
