The Opportunity
This is a brand-new, fully home-based self-employed role designed specifically with senior professionals and retirees in mind. You will work as a Sales Collaborator, identifying and referring prospective event clients to our team.
There is no requirement to attend events. No cold calling from scripts. No targets breathing down your neck. You work when you want, as much or as little as you like, and you earn £100 for every successful lead you generate that converts into a real event delivered by Globexpert.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Your role is straightforward:
- Researching upcoming charity events, galas, auctions, fundraising dinners, and corporate events across the UK using the internet and your own professional networks
- Identifying event organisers, charities, venues, or companies who may benefit from Globexpert's services
- Passing qualified leads to our team using a simple online referral process we will train you on
- Following up on any feedback we provide to refine your research approach
That's it. No selling. No presenting. No travelling. You do the research; we do the rest
Who We're Looking For
You don't need to be a salesperson. You do need to be someone who:
- Has a background in sales, client relationships, account management, hospitality, events, fundraising, PR, or any professional role involving people and communication
- Is comfortable using the internet, email, and basic online tools to find information and submit it to us
- Is self-motivated and organised, you'll be working independently from home
- Has strong attention to detail, a good lead is a specific, credible opportunity
- Is honest and professional in all communications
- Has a genuine interest in charity work, luxury events, or fundraising
Getting Started
Successful applicants will be invited to attend a short, in-person induction at our Towcester, Northamptonshire headquarters. This training typically spans a few days and covers how we work, what a good lead looks like, how to use our referral system, and how to invoice us correctly.
Travel expenses for this training will be covered. All training is provided free of charge.
Working From Home
After training, you work entirely from home at hours of your choosing. There are no fixed working hours and no minimum hours required. You decide how much time and effort you invest.
We will provide technical support if you encounter any difficulties with our referral systems.
Staying Active
To keep the relationship productive for both sides, we ask that collaborators remain reasonably active. Where there is a prolonged period without any lead activity, we reserve the right to end the arrangement, but we will always communicate with you first.
