Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with a proven track record in sales and experience using Salesforce or similar software.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to generate new business leads and follow up on inquiries.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account status in Salesforce or equivalent software.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
Experience
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within an inside sales environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage clients effectively over the phone.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
