A2 Tyre Supplies Ltd is a busy and growing tyre and automotive service centre looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Sales and Service Advisor to join our team.
This is a customer-facing role at the heart of our business, helping customers both over the phone and in person whilst supporting the day-to-day operation of our tyre and garage services.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service.
- Booking vehicles in for repairs, servicing, tyres, wheel alignment, and other workshop jobs.
- Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to customer enquiries.
- Advising customers on tyre options and associated services.
- Selling and promoting:
- Tyres
- Wheel alignment
- Puncture repairs
- Routine servicing
- Brakes
- Exhausts
- General vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Preparing quotations and explaining recommended work to customers.
- Managing workshop schedules and bookings.
- Processing invoices and payments.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and job information.
- Liaising with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and customers are kept informed.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy.
- A positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
- Previous experience in the motor trade, tyre industry, service advising, or customer service would be advantageous but is not essential for the right candidate.
