Experienced Gymnastics & Trampoline Coach (Part-time & Full-time Opportunities)
Location: Plymouth
Hours: Part-time and Full-time opportunities available (6–30+ hours per week)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience, qualifications and responsibilities.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced gymnastics and trampoline coaches to join our expanding team.
Whether your experience comes through British Gymnastics qualifications, years of coaching, or a combination of both, we'd love to hear from you.
Current Opportunities
We're currently recruiting across a variety of programmes, including:
- General Gymnastics
- Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG)
- Men's Artistic Gymnastics (MAG)
- Trampoline
Part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with limited daytime, evening and weekend hours depending on the role.
We'll work with successful applicants to find the position that best suits their experience, interests and availability.
About the Role
As a coach, you'll play an important part in delivering fun, safe and inspiring sessions that help children develop confidence, skills and a lifelong enjoyment of gymnastics.
Depending on your experience, you may coach recreational classes, development squads or competitive programmes, with opportunities to take on additional responsibility as the club continues to grow.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver engaging, safe and well-structured gymnastics or trampoline sessions.
- Inspire children of all ages and abilities to achieve their potential.
- Create a positive, inclusive and enjoyable coaching environment.
- Work closely with fellow coaches and programme leads.
- Maintain high standards of safety, safeguarding and professionalism.
- Support the continued development of the club and its programmes.
We're Looking For People Who Have;
- Previous experience coaching gymnastics and/or trampoline.
- A passion for helping children learn and develop.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive, professional and reliable approach.
- Availability to work evenings and/or weekends.
Desirable
- British Gymnastics coaching qualification(s).
- Experience in General Gymnastics, WAG, MAG, Trampoline or DMT.
- First Aid qualification.
- Safeguarding training.
- Experience working within a recreational or competitive gymnastics programme.
