We are seeking a talented and driven Sous Chef to join the kitchen at a highly regarded, design-led restaurant in South London.

The Role
As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen, ensuring high standards, consistency and smooth day-to-day operations across:

Banqueting

Seasonal menu development
You will play a key role in maintaining standards, mentoring junior chefs, and contributing to the ongoing development of the menu and kitchen culture.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous

A Michelin-starred or Michelin-standard kitchen is preferred

Strong background in seasonal, British/European, produce-led cooking

Passion for high-quality ingredients and menu development
