Infinity Contracting Ltd is a growing property maintenance and building services company working across the North West. We specialise in responsive maintenance, damp & mould remediation, and refurbishment works for housing providers, landlords, and commercial clients.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the business and assist our operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
- Scheduling jobs and coordinating engineers / trades teams
- Preparing quotes, invoices, and job documentation
- Maintaining job records and updating internal systems
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Assisting with compliance documents and subcontractor onboarding
- Supporting management with general administrative tasks
- Organising digital files, reports, and project information
Requirements
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Previous experience in administration or office support
- Confident using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Professional phone manner
- Experience in construction, property maintenance, or facilities management is beneficial but not essential
