We are part Education Training Collective (Etc.), which is of a group of colleges and training providers in the Tees Valley; Stockton Riverside College, Redcar and Cleveland College, Bede Sixth Form College, NETA Training and Innersummit. About the Role
We are looking for a forward-thinking HR Business Partner to join our dynamic Human Resources Team. Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll play a key role in driving our transformational People Strategy.
This is more than a traditional HR role. You’ll be a strategic change agent, using data-driven insights and organisational development expertise to empower leaders and enhance our employee experience across the full life cycle.
You will work closely with managers, senior leaders and stakeholders to deliver innovative HR solutions aligned with our strategic goals. Your work will help shape our culture, develop engagement, minimise ER issues and ensure Etc. remains a top destination for talent.

Schedule
- This role is a full-time position based at Redcar & Cleveland College, with travel between Group sites. With opportunities for home working and flexible working arrangements.
- Fixed term until 3rd October 2027
