Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to guests promptly and courteously.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Assist customers with enquiries regarding menu items and allergen information where appropriate.
- Process card and cash payments confidently and accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
