Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of accommodation facilities, including check-in/check-out processes and resident inquiries
- Coordinate cleaning schedules and oversee janitorial staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Monitor maintenance requests and liaise with contractors to address repairs promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and health standards across all accommodation areas
- Develop and implement procedures to enhance resident experience and operational efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify areas for improvement and maintain quality standards
- Support resident relations by resolving issues swiftly, fostering a welcoming community environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management, with a strong understanding of guest service principles
- Prior janitorial or facilities management experience is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to liaise with staff, residents, and contractors confidently
- Ability to lead a team, motivate staff, and ensure high standards of service delivery
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to accommodation facilities
