You’ll be at the heart of the Rose & Ramble experience, greeting our customers, crafting our signature food/drinks while keeping the café running smoothly and delivering exceptional service with a smile. You’ll need to be able to work in a fast paced environment making matcha, smoothies, bagels and açai bowls while ensuring the space stays clean and welcoming.
Your Responsibilities
● You will be trained in all areas so that you can prepare and serve our full menu, including: Açai bowls, Superfood smoothies, Fresh bagels, Overnight oats (prepped and served fresh)
● Follow recipes and portion guidelines to maintain quality and consistency
● Stay efficient and organised during peak hours
Customer Service & Till Operation
● Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm, making them feel part of the R&R
community
● Take orders, handle payments, and provide product recommendations
● Maintain an upbeat and positive atmosphere, even during busy periods
Prep & Cleaning
● Assist with daily prep, including portioning ingredients and stocking stations
● Keep the workspace, kitchen, and customer areas clean and tidy at all times
● Follow all health and safety regulations for food handling and hygiene
