We have an exciting opportunity to join our IFA Administration team. We are looking for those of you who wish to grow with us as a business in our Bromsgrove or Birmingham office. There are options to join on a part-time or full-time. In return, you will receive a competitive salary plus a range of benefits.
Your responsibilities will involve delivering exceptional service by offering precise, efficient, and well-organized administrative support.
If part-time the salary will be worked on a pro-rata basis on days worked.

Key Responsibilities as our Administration Assistant will include:
- Provide administrative support to financial advisers.
- Prepare correspondence, including letters and emails.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, life offices, and business members.
- Maintain all administrative systems, ensuring that all client data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage the diary system, ensuring that daily tasks are completed.
- Assist with managing the IFA's portfolio of existing business.
- Ensure appropriate documentation is scanned and attached to relevant client records.
- Prepare review packs for advisers' client meetings.
