We are seeking a talented and professional Nail Technician to join our beauty salon team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and specialised nail treatments, ensuring clients leave feeling pampered and satisfied. Duties
- Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art.
- Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable nail services and colour choices.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilised after each use.
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing experience for clients.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest nail trends and techniques through ongoing training.
- Assist clients with product recommendations for home care to maintain their nails between visits.
- Manage appointment bookings efficiently whilst maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within a beauty salon or spa environment.
- Skills in makeup application are desirable but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and quality service.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends or evenings if required.
- A recognised qualification in nail technology or beauty therapy is preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates.
