Duties

- Communicate effectively with students to clarify concepts, answer questions, and motivate progress
- Collaborate with industry professionals to ensure training content aligns with current construction standards and practices
- Support learners in preparing for certification exams or industry qualifications
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience or background in construction trades
- Strong teaching or mentoring skills with the ability to engage diverse learners
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage schedules, training materials, and student progress
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and foster a positive learning environment
- Prior experience in construction training or education is preferred but not mandatory
