The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Print Finisher / Machine Operator to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will operate a range of finishing equipment and help ensure jobs are completed to the highest standard, on time and in line with customer specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Operating finishing machinery (e.g. folder, guillotine, glue line, inkjet printer, etc.)
- Setting up and maintaining equipment for production runs
- Quality-checking finished products to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Working collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
- Assisting with other general finishing tasks as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in print finishing or a related production environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
