We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff, working full-time, mixed shifts, to join our friendly, vibrant team. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests covering both Reception and Bar/restaurant duties, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive.

Role Description
This is a full-time Front of House role, working mixed shifts, with some early, late and weekend working, based in Chiswick. Working across both Reception and our Bar/Restaurant, you will be responsible for greeting members and guests, managing check-ins and bookings, handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, prepare a variety of coffees and beverages, serve and clear tables, take payments and ensure our high standards of service are upheld in both the Bar and Reception.
Day-to-day tasks also include maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the Reception and Bar areas and ensuring a smooth operation of front desk activities - maintaining our high standards of service and friendliness at all times, that we at The Hogarth Club pride ourselves on. You will also be required to assist with ad hoc events at the Club.
