Operating through the southeast of England, we provide reactive repairs, planned maintenance and refurbishment works for local authorities, housing associations, trusts, and more. What We are Looking For
We are seeking an experienced multi trader with a strong background in social housing and void refurbishments. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of refurbishment’s, repairs, and maintenance works across residential and communal properties. This role requires a high standard of workmanship, the ability to work independently and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining compliance with all health and safety requirements. The successful candidate will take ownership of jobs from start to finish ensuring works are completed efficiently, safely, on time and in budget.
About You.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or in a similar role
- Competence across multiple trades: carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting & decorating (additional skills a bonus)
- The ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- Good communication skills with a professional attitude
- ·A valid driver’s license.
- Your own hand tools appropriate for the role
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence preferred
Job Summary:
- Carry out repairs, maintenance, and installations across void and tenanted properties
- Work on residential and commercial projects, independently or within a team
- Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations
- Deliver a high standard of workmanship and client satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete multi-trade repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently
- Work to deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Follow procedures and accurately record data
- Uphold company values and professionalism on site
Desirable Skills:
- Plastering
- Experience in social housing
- Ability to lay non-slip vinyl flooring inc cap and cove, flat lay and polysafe
- Knowledge of using a PDA (training provided)
- NVQs or other relevant qualifications
