We are seeking a motivated Financial Administrator to join our team in Christchurch, Dorset.
Overview
We are seeking an exceptionally organised and detail-oriented Financial Administrator who is passionate about getting things right first time. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with experience in the wealth management sector.
Duties
- Communication with third party providers to submit Letters of Authority and obtain policy information as required by the Advisors.
- Financial Record Management: Maintain, update, and manage client financial records efficiently and accurately.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our financial advisers, including document preparation, and data entry.
- Reporting: Assist in generating financial reports, client documentation, and meeting file preparation as needed.
- Client Liaison: Interact with clients as required, ensuring all communications and queries are handled professionally.
- Compliance Support: Help ensure all processes are in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a financial administration role or similar position.
- Attention to Detail: High levels of accuracy are required, particularly when handling financial information.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You will be in contact with both clients, external providers and colleagues, so clear and professional communication is vital.
- IT Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, OneNote, Word and Excel, and familiarity with other financial software (eg, FE Analytics) is beneficial.
