- Pay: £12.71 per hour
- Working Pattern: 15 hours per week, Friday & Saturday, 9am until 5:30pm.
- Location: Wadebridge, Cornwall
About the Role:
We are seeking a Property Checker to ensure our holiday homes are guest-ready in every detail. This hands-on role is key to creating those “wow” moments when guests arrive.
What You’ll Do:
- Inspecting properties inside and out, including BBQs and hot tubs
- Checking welcome packs, supplies, and amenities
- Ensuring all equipment is in working order
- Managing special requests such as high chairs or bed reconfigurations
- Addressing and reporting maintenance issues promptly
- Occasionally assisting with cleaning or delivering guest items
- Maintaining accurate property records and inventories
What You’ll Bring:
- ✅ Previous housekeeping or property-checking experience
- ✅ A flexible, can-do approach (things change fast in holiday season!)
- ✅ Reliability and the ability to work independently
- ✅ Strong teamwork and communication skills
