Job Overview
Liberty Care at Home is a small, locally run home‑care service with a warm, supportive management team. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join us in providing high‑quality, person‑centred support to adults in their own homes. You will play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity and well‑being, making a meaningful difference every day.
Duties
- Support clients with daily living tasks including personal care, dressing and mobility
- Follow personalised care plans tailored to each individual’s needs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well‑being
- Assist with light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
- Maintain accurate, clear records of care and report any changes in clients’ conditions
- Drive clients to appointments or social activities, ensuring safe and reliable transport
- Communicate effectively with clients, families and healthcare professionals
- Follow all health and safety and infection‑control procedures
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid driving licence and confidence transporting clients
- Experience in home care or care‑home settings is preferred
- Understanding of personalised care planning
- Good spoken and written English
- Basic IT skills for recording care notes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships
- A compassionate, reliable nature with a genuine desire to support independence and dignity

Pay: £13.50-£16.00 per hour
