Duties
- Assist the Pub Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Supervise team members while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding hospitality, engaging with guests to enhance their experience.
- Manage bar stock levels, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages or waste.
- Train new staff on service procedures, safety standards, and company policies to promote a cohesive team.
- Help with planning and running events.
- Helping with social media campaigns
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a hospitality setting with strong team management skills
- Experience serving customers in fast-paced environments such as pubs, restaurants, cafes etc.
- Familiarity with floor and bar service.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Knowledge of Craft Beer and natural wine is useful but full training will be given.

Pay: £15.00 per hour
