Situation Vacant – Fast Fit Tyre Shop Foreman
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fast Fit Tyre Shop Foreman to lead our busy workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising day-to-day workshop operations
- Fitting tyres, batteries, and carrying out wheel alignment.
- Managing and supporting workshop staff
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and workmanship
- Maintaining health and safety procedures
- Assisting with stock control and workshop efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the tyre and fast-fit industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good technical knowledge of tyre fitting, wheel alignment, and vehicle maintenance
- Full driving licence preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
