About the Role
We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented Service Logistics Coordinator to join our Service team at Quooker UK. This is a key role supporting our field service operation by ensuring our engineers and warehouses have the right parts available at the right time.
You'll take ownership of service inventory, article management and stock accuracy, working closely with teams across Service, Warehousing, Engineers and our Netherlands Supply Chain team. If you enjoy problem-solving, analysing data and improving processes, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain service articles, pricing and stock information within our systems.
- Monitor stock levels across warehouses and engineer van stock.
- Coordinate stock transfers and replenishment orders.
- Support the introduction of new service parts and the phase-out of discontinued items.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate annual stock takes and analyse results.
- Work with internal teams to improve inventory accuracy and stock processes.
- Produce reports and support inventory analysis to help drive operational improvements.
About You
- Previous experience in stock control, inventory management, logistics or a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong analytical ability with good Excel skills.
- Confident communicating with colleagues across different departments.
- Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience using ERP or stock management systems is desirable.
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
