Duties
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks across various facilities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common areas according to established standards
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper as needed
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment at all times
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete tasks within designated timeframes
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize duties effectively
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude toward teamwork
