Job description
We're looking for fun, fast and energetic people to join our lively team. Of massive importance to us is your ability to make guests feel welcome and comfortable, have great conversations, and to offer real guest-focused service. If you've got a natural, warm personality, you'll fit in perfectly.
If you're experienced, fantastic - If you're not, that's fine too - we will offer full training to ensure you're well equipped.
As a Front of House Team Member - your duties will include welcoming guests, taking orders at the table, pouring drinks and making coffees on the bar, running food, and helping with daily cleaning tasks around the business.
In return, you'll receive an hourly rate of £13.00 per hour (over 18's), plus great tips from our tip pool. We'll guarantee you'll earn at least £14.00 per hour when including tips (over 18s), and top up your wage if your tips don't earn you this, but you're likely to earn significantly more, up to an estimated £17.00 including tips.
We'll provide you with uniform and give you staff discount too.
One thing to note - we're at the bottom of the hill into Robin Hoods Bay - There's street parking at the top, and then it's a 5 minute stroll down to us. We know it's a walk, but you can't beat the views!
For this role, you must live withing a 30 minute radius. If you're in Middlesborough, very sorry, you're too far away from us and we'll reject your application. No Student Visa workers.
