Hours: Full time 36 hour per week over 5 days 7.30am-3pm
Salary: £13.41 - £13.71 P/H

Purpose of the position
Bakewell Cottage Nursing Home are looking for kind, caring and compassionate people to join our team and help care for our elderly residents in our friendly care home in the heart of Bakewell. We strive to offer our residents a personal, sensitive and efficient service, tailored to each persons’ individual needs whilst maintaining very high standards of care.
As Housekeeper, you will ensure the Home is kept to the highest standards and infection control protocols are followed. Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be given. We are a very friendly team and have a large network within the group to ensure all staff members are well supported within their role
Responsibilities and duties include:
- following infection control protocol
- ensuring the Home's cleaning regime is followed including deep-clean of areas
- maintaining privacy and dignity for those living at the home
- completing records
