Job Overview
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented End of Tenancy Cleaners to join Aura Cleaning Ops on an hourly pay structure. In this role, you will work on-site carrying out thorough deep cleaning for residential properties (single-level and duplex apartments/houses) to ensure they meet move-in standards for incoming tenants and property managers.
Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Kitchen Deep Cleans: Deep cleaning cookers, hobs, extractor fans, microwaves, fridges, and freezers.
- Bathroom Sanitization: Complete removal of limescale and sanitization of toilets, taps, shower heads, and wall/floor tiles.
- Full Property Care: Dusting, surface wiping, internal window cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and complete floor care.
- Specialist & Additional Cleans (When Scheduled): Assisting with post-renovation dust removal (After Works Cleans), light sparkle cleans, and specialist extractor carpet or upholstery cleaning (mattresses, sofas, armchairs).
- Time Management & Quality Control: Working efficiently within allocated hourly slots to deliver top-tier results in line with our customer satisfaction standards.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in professional domestic, commercial, or end-of-tenancy deep cleaning.
- High attention to detail and physical stamina for intensive deep cleaning tasks.
- Punctuality, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid right to work in the UK.
