We are looking for an experienced person to work with us at our popular onsite lounge bar, The Mallard. This is a busy and varied role, with responsibilities including serving alcohol, using the barista coffee machine, handling cash, operating the cellar, taking bookings, along with preparing food such as sandwiches and afternoon tea.
Expect around 12-16 hours per week, with optional overtime.
Evening shifts will usually start at 5pm and end at around 11pm.
Applicants must be:
* 21 Years+
* Have great attention to detail.
* Comfortable enough to work on your own as well as with other people.
* Able to work weekends and evenings, as well as occasional daytime shifts.
* Able to open and close bar.
Working as part of a team is essential for this role, along with working on a wider scale with other Westwood Lakes departments. We are a busy holiday site and we pride ourselves on our great customer service
Summary
As a staff member, you will be essential in delivering outstanding service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Reporting to the Bar Manager, your core skills in serving customers will be vital as you prepare and serve beverages while ensuring customer satisfaction.
