Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restaurant sector to expand our market presence.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations to attract new clients and retain existing partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Utilise CRM software, including Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage client information, and analyse market trends.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements ensuring mutually beneficial terms are established.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth or improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and strategic initiatives for senior management.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the hospitality or food service industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce and other CRM platforms is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and expanding client portfolios.
- Ability to work independently, organise priorities effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
