Production Operative – Embroidery

Promo Trade Print is a fast-growing print and promotional products company based in Cramlington. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a motivated and reliable Embroidery machinist to join our production team.
This is a hands-on role within a busy and ambitious production environment, ideal for somebody who enjoys practical work and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and embroidering garments, textiles, and promotional products using multi and single head embroidery machines across a wide range of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
Operating embroidery across a variety of products
Preparing garments, textiles, bags, and promotional items for production
Positioning and stitching products accurately to required specifications
Working on a wide variety of production jobs within a busy print environment
Quality checking finished products to ensure high standards are maintained
Working efficiently to production targets and deadlines
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Supporting wider production operations where required
What We’re Looking For

Able to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous experience within the embroidery industry would be beneficial but is not essential as training can be provided for the right candidate.
Hours
Full time – approximately 37.5 hours per week
Shift patterns may include:
- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 12:00pm – 8.00pm
Overtime may be available during busy periods.
Salary
Meets national minimum wage per hour depending on age and experience
