TRUCK MANAGER / HERD CHEF (Head Chef)
You’ll be an experienced Chef who can run a kitchen properly.
This role is about standards. Food safety. Prep. Pace. Cleanliness. Stock. Team development. Service. You set
You will need a fully UK license and have a license to drive a 3 tonne food truck, you will be responsible for the day to day running and cleaning of our food truck.
the tone in the kitchen and hold the line when it gets busy.
You are not here to chase trends. You are here to run a tight kitchen, exceed KPIS and send out epic burgers,
done correct.

What you’ll be doing
●
Leading prep, service and close standards
●
Owning food safety, hygiene and allergen standards
●
Training, managing and developing the team
●
Oversee labour, stock, ordering and waste
●
Meeting set KPIs
●
Working closely with the Area Manager to keep the site running properly

Pay: £18.00-£24.00 per hour
