Working closely with the Home Manager, you will support the overall day to day leadership of the home while providing strong clinical oversight and supporting the nursing and care teams. As a fully supernumerary role, you will have the opportunity to focus on leadership, supporting colleagues and maintaining high standards across the service.
You will be a visible and hands on leader, comfortable working alongside the team while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries. You will provide guidance and support to the Nursing Team, ensuring they are confident in completing their responsibilities while maintaining oversight of in room documentation, medication and care planning.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced nurse qualified leader with a strong clinical background and previous experience as a Clinical Lead or Charge Nurse. Whether you are an experienced Deputy Manager or ready to take the next step into senior leadership, your clinical expertise and ability to support and develop others will be highly valued.
What Matters Most

Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC PIN is essential

Strong clinical background with previous experience as a Clinical Lead, Charge Nurse or similar senior nursing role

Previous leadership experience within a care home or clinical environment

Confidence supporting the Nursing Team with their responsibilities while maintaining effective clinical oversight
