Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of production workers to meet daily output goals while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Assign tasks, and monitor progress to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and proper use of equipment.
- Conduct regular checks of machinery and work areas to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Support training initiatives by mentoring team members.
- Maintain accurate production records, report feedback on performances, and document any incidents or deviations from standard procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments with hands-on familiarity with assembly processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, communicate clearly, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for recording data, updating logs, and communicating with team members.
