What You’ll Do
- Support children’s learning through fun, creative, play-based activities
- Help plan and deliver engaging sessions in line with the EYFS framework
- Build warm, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Assist with daily routines including meals, toileting, and nap times
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Observe and record children’s development
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and all nursery policies

- A kind, patient, and nurturing personality
- Passion for early years education
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Experience with children (paid or voluntary)
- Level 2/3 Early Years qualification (preferred but not always essential, depending on role)
- Willingness to learn, grow, and work within a supportive team
