What You'll Be Doing:

Developing and maintaining a positive, respected relationship with our FSW nationwide branches, our customers and 3rd party suppliers.

Predominately supporting our customers’ orders (via email and phone) to identify the parts required and taking orders correctly, accurately and quickly.

Effectively source customer requirements from stock across our nationwide branches and where necessary source products of the same quality, price and delivery timescale from our selected 3rd party suppliers to ensure the customer requirements are met.

Raising quotations from preferred suppliers at competitive prices for customers to make their decision based on full and accurate information.

Process quotes /orders received and support the customers selection based on price, delivery, and quality, ensuring timely customer product delivery

Effectively manage order changes, escalating where necessary to the management team.

Maintain effective communication with the customer and reporting any delays or deviations in a timely manner to both the customer and the management team.

Maintain the order processing system accurately and on time for effective reports to be available to the customers.

Support other business functions according to business needs.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Experience in a customer service/parts procurement environment would be an advantage.
Proficient in Excel and email correspondence.
Enthusiastic about supporting business needs and helping the team achieve its goals.
The successful candidate will have:

Be customer-focused, with an understanding of the importance of delivery performance, quality, and clear communication.
The successful candidate will be required to participate in the Company Out of Hours Standby Service on a rostered basis, which includes cover over Bank and Statutory Days Holiday.
