Pay & Benefits
- from £14.75 p/h – Week days (7am–7pm)
- from £16.85 p/h – Evenings (from 7pm) & Weekends
- Enhanced bank holiday rates
- 35p per mile
- Around 12-20 hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
- 28 days paid annual leave (pro‑rata)

Your Availability for work
- Days: 8:30am–2:30pm (2+ days/week) and/or
- Evenings: 4:30pm–9:30pm (2+ evenings/week)
- Alternate weekends: 8:30am–2:30pm or 4:30pm–9:30pm
Areas
We support our clients in their own homes, in the areas around Wokingham, Winnersh, Woodley, Earley, Shinfield & Twyford.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide companionship and meaningful support
- Support clients living with dementia and other conditions
- Personal care (full training provided)
- Preparing simple, nutritious meals
- Light housework
- Medication support
What you bring
- A caring nature and good communication skills

- Live near Wokingham / Woodley / Twyford
- Full UK driving licence & your own car
