Responsibilities
Roofers:
- Installation of trussed roofs
- Fascia and Soffit
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within programme deadlines
1st Fix Carpenters
- Stud walls, door linings, Front doors
- Installing staircases, and structural timber components
- Reading and working from drawings and site plans
Requirements
- Proven experience in roofing or 1st fix carpentry
- Own tools and transport essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- CSCS card essential
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining site standards
