We are seeking talented bar and restaurant staff to join our front of house team. Key Responsibilities
- Exceptional Guest Service: Deliver friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service across both the bar and restaurant, ensuring every guest receives an outstanding experience.
- Bar & Restaurant Operations: Prepare and serve drinks, take orders, deliver food and beverages, clear tables, and maintain high standards across all areas of the operation.
- Standards & Presentation: Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service while ensuring all company procedures and service standards are followed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across front of house and kitchen teams to ensure efficient service delivery and a seamless guest experience during busy trading periods.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in regular performance appraisals, training courses, and pay reviews to develop your skills and accelerate your promotion readiness.
- Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in a busy hospitality, bar, restaurant, or fresh-food pub environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Standards Focus: A passion for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards, and creating a positive guest experience.
- Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and comfortable working standard hospitality shift patterns across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with a friendly, team-first mindset and a positive approach to working with both guests and colleagues.
