About the Role
We are pleased to offer a part-time opportunity for a reliable, customer-focused individual to join our friendly team at HAVERS Laundry Ltd. You will play an important role in ensuring our customers receive excellent service and their laundry is handled with care.
Working Hours:
- Flexible - three days per week, one weekend day required
- Ideally - Friday, Sunday & Monday but we can offer some flexibility
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Washing, drying, and folding customer laundry with care and attention to detail
- Providing excellent customer service over the counter
- Ensuring laundry orders are prepared and ready for customer collection
- Assisting with general upkeep and cleanliness of the workspace
- Supporting the team by helping with ironing
Requirements:
- Previous laundry or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Friendly, approachable, and reliable
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00 per hour
